The Kieppi sawmill produces this high quality sawn redwood for the joinery industry and the internal wood products for housing e.g. skirtings, architraves, panelling, floor boards etc. and various products for construction purposes and the packaging industry.

Lengths
Falling lengths of 1.8 – 5.4 m in 30 or 10 cm modules, especially lengths 4.2 and 5.1 m.

Drying
Sawn timber is supplied either green, shipping dry (18-20 %) or special kiln dried, e.g. 8-10 %, 9-11 %, 10-12 %, 12-14 % or 14-16 %.

Packing
Sawn timber is packed in truck bundles or length packages and protected with plastic or waterproof paper wrapping.

Deliveries
Kieppi sawmill’s deliveries to continental Europe are generally made directly by lorry. Timber for the UK and destinations outside Europe is usually shipped from ports in southern Finland.
